2 Rocoto hot peppers
½ of a Cup of fresh cheese cutted in cubes
Oil
Salt

Preparation:

  • Mix the rocoto hot pepper with the fresh cheese cubes in a blender, poor in a right ammount of oil to get a dip texture.
  • Season with salt. Reserve.
